Train together, grow together! Our Family Capoeira class is a unique opportunity for kids and adults to move, learn, and play side by side. Designed for families, this class blends music, movement, and martial arts in a fun and inclusive environment where everyone can participate.
Youth (ages 5 and up) are welcome to join independently, but adults must be accompanied by a child to attend. It’s the perfect way to bond, stay active, and build Capoeira skills as a team.
